Recommended Viewing

This is a list of films I consider to be unmissable triumphs of art and/or entertainment. All films have been selected for their mixture of technical mastery and impact of content, but not all films are judged solely on one or the other. These are the films I would recommend to people with a similar or lesser knowledge to that of mine; more educated cinephiles will probably have seen the majority of these films.
